Inescapable place of TAMPERE to have a view whaou .. Far away .. The tower turns slowly around itself which is good for even for customers on site. The restaurant is very chic, it's not cheap but the kitchen seems tasty compared to the menu displayed. However to get in the tower, you must still make a dinner reservation.
