I had the Waterguard installed around my garage to catch the seepage I would get on large rain storms. I had the drain placed in beginning of the summer of 2015. I am writing this review a month afterwards because I wanted to make sure the installation was correct and that no water has seeped into my garage. At this point we have had no further issues. My rep was Nick B. and he was professional and responsive. I had talked to 6 contractors and read multiple reviews online. Some were generalists and others were like quality 1st, were experts in waterproofing. Based on all of those meetings, I decided to go with Nick and Qualtiy 1st. Each salesmen had their spiel , but some felt more honest than others. Nick does a great job explaining each and every step and is there for you along the way. The products that Quality 1st uses are proprietary, developed for them by them. I liked the idea that they were using items that were made for this application and not just generic pipe. If you are having water issues in your garage or basement, I would recommend Nick and Quality 1st
