THE WORST hotel in history. They charged me 15% extra when I checked in for services!! Even though I paied the whole thing via booking. And I paied the extra anyways after a long argument. After all I hadn t seen any services. concierge does absolutely nothing , housekeeping cleans horribly and don t change the bedsheets, I have to call to get shampoo and conditioner! On my check out, I asked to get a drive to the airport @9-which is a service they provide- the driver got late for 15 mins and I had to run like crazy to find another transportation.
