The consultant is very bad.
Work there and the adjustments are well below inflation and the deal is derogatory. If you are outsourcing worse, they keep part of the adjustments given by the other companies. Everyone else who tested positive seems to me to be all made up of HR people. Ask around no one speaks well of this consultant.
