There are car dealers, car dealerships and then there are car professionals. That's what I found at Mall of GA Dodge. I had almost lost faith in the auto sales industry. After some bad experiences with a few big name dealers, I was gun shy. I decided to try one more time and looked on line. I came across Mall of Georgia Dodge. They had cars listed at really good prices. The 1st person I talked to was Brittany Camp on line. She set me up with Charles Ashburn. Charles asked me what I wanted and what I was looking to pay. I gave him some numbers which I really felt were unrealistic. Charles said he would see what he could work for me. Christian Egizio from finance contacted me. Told me he was working on getting me a deal. I was still doubtful from past experiences with dealers but so far everyone from Mall of GA Dodge was really nice. By the end of the day, I was told to come on down and get my car. I went, waiting for the punch. I met Charles at the door. He was waiting for me. He shook my hand and assured me all was well. He talked to me like a normal person not a "mark". He made me feel important which was a nice change. He took me to see Christian who explained everything to me. He told me that he had spoken to "Brian" with Fidelity Bank and they worked out the deal so I could afford my dream. I couldn't believe it. I had a new Dodge Challenger. No haggling. No back and forth. It was simply what do you want and how can we assist you in getting it. And that's what they did. I am a law enforcement officer so I don't make a ton of money. I was about to settle for a cheaper car I didn't really want at another dealer who could care less about me. Thank you Mall of Georgia Dodge for being different from the rest. I will always be grateful for what you did for me. Thank you again Brittany, Charles, Christian and Brian from Fidelity. You guys (and girl) did more than sell a car. You made me feel valuable, worthy and vindicated. I love my car. Love it! Your supervisors should be very proud of how you handle customers. You will always have a customer, an advocate and a referral from me. Can't type anymore... need to go driving!!
