W hotel Taipei service is one the worst, especially during this pandemic never had to deal with this horrible experience with them but tpe W hotel, reserved multiple rooms for our Corp and friends, missing reservations, missing points or stays for your loyalty program and always staff at the front will always hustle you to pay for extra to get a upgrade when it s available & clearly the Marriott member benefits, front desk manager Sara definitely got a attitude problem, do not recommend any platinum members or above to stay here
