What a pleasure to stay here. Forget about the building amenities, great food and views...The staff is top notch! Helped keep my child entertained with a Monopoly board game from the front desk, toys, Conrad stuffed animal! Could I have a better NY experience than staying up at night having my daughter beat me at Monopoly. Even recommended going to the carousel late at night. Then the cleaning crew saw I had a dog and provided a doggy toy, bed, water bowl without asking. Staff going above and beyond. Hotel is also close to everything and easy to jump on the train without having to deal with east side and west side. But mainly the staff! The check in guy...he remembers your name... wish I could remember his..but his level of service is unmatched.
