We arrived in mid-October for a couple nights. First, the room had no towel bars or hooks to hang wet towels, and nothing to hang coats. This could be an easy fix for management. Beds were comfortable. The service staff are young and casual. One person had only been there two days and did not know tea was available hey were is run dshe main lodge features a great room with abundant cozy seating, fireplace, large TV at one end.
