We bought a SUV from O'Daniel Honda in Omaha 13 months ago. We bought the top warranty package through them. What a waste of $4,100! They said bumper to bumper coverage minus paint, minus maintenance, minus tires. The SUV went downhill right after purchase and has been in 3 mechanic shops in 13 months! It has never ran right for us except during our quick test drive!
Even the Ford Engineer that was called in to diagnose said the motor needs replaced. EFG refuses to pay for the other things that are supposedly eligible, such as: motors are bad in my running boards, built-in DVD player is broke, Auto Start is shorted out somewhere, check engine misfire #3.
And the warranty refuses to pay any of the claims. I have paid every billband our SUV is not running right! The dealer sold us a lemon and a bogus warranty! Shame on all companies. And, yes, I kept all records and receipts so if O'Daniel and EFG wants proof then I have it. Will never recommend this place nor buying extended warranty thru EFG. Waste of money!
