I love my new Crosstrek! Cliff was great and helped me get exactly the car I wanted. I really felt like he was listening to me - no pressure sales tactics at all! He stayed in contact with me and gave me updates as to when my new car would arrive. I was dreading car shopping but Cliff made it fun and easy - the way it should be!
