My experience of Camp Cherry Valley comes from probably 30 years ago. My grandfather was a campmaster and did most of the cooking when we went to CCV during the time I was in Cub Scouts. I have lots of fond memories of this place as a boy. I remember getting anxious when gramma told me we were heading over to Catalina for the weekend! We've taken both the fast boat and the slow boat over from the mainland. If you're old enough to remember those, and came to CCV, maybe we know each other!
