I was unable to book a spa appointment despite calling ahead of my stay (no one returned my calls). I also reserved a "superior" level room through the website but when I arrived was told they had no record of that and no superior rooms were available. I received a $50 voucher to the restaurant, which was delicious. The indoor swimming pool was nice, and the outdoor hot tub was fun and has a great view. Overall it was a nice stay despite some hiccups and I look forward to visiting another time.
