I am only giving 2 stars because of access to parking. Other than that, this is a totally BS customer. I have seen reviews by other drivers and the response of the company rep. Sadly, the same issues pointed out by many drivers seem to keep happening, which means there is no hope that our reviews would change anything except awareness by other drivers. At least people would know what to expect.
As I type this comment, it has been 2 hours 40 minutes since they put me in a door. They haven't started loading me. God knows how long it is gonna be. Lady at shipping says they r picking up the products...
