What an amazing experience from the moment my wife and I walked into the door to the time we drove away in our brand new Cadillac. And let me be clear that time was only about an hour and 15 minutes. The building was Modern and impeccable with amazing pictures of Cadillacs from the past decorating the walls. I was giving a cup of coffee and we were sat down in a glass office where we spoke to a gentleman ( Jason DeGraaf )who didn't pressure us at all. Overall this was the best automotive purchase experience I've ever had. Thank you Harvey Cadillac for such great service. P.S Jason DeGraaf - You still owe me a shirt.
