I wanted to buy a car. I checked this website and contacted Diana Medina and her manager. I received the worst customer service ever from this manager (No name was given only text messages). Not only they didn t provide me with information I requested but they totally ignored me.

After 2 days they started sending me new promotions. Clearly it was sent from a different department so I complained about my experience and that s when the manager contacted me again just to tell me that the car, I was interested to buy, was already sold and asked me if I was interested in buying another car, just like that.
How do they expect to people recommend this business/company if they don t know how to take care of potential buyers?
