My experiences with Fris can be described as frustrating. Frustrating because I have simple questions; can I get the meter final readings because the energy suppliers ask for a final bill, and when can I expect my 2 month deposit on my account, not be answered. The question by mail is not answered, so keep calling. "we note your number, you will be called back". Yes, but when is the question. So keep calling. After 5 (!) Different employees you finally get the feeling that you are asking very annoying questions. Incidentally, no different than the questions I describe here. After asking about repaying the deposit, it was even suggested that my "annoying" phone call might result in me having to wait longer, so I can only come to the conclusion that some profit could still be made in customer friendliness - and I have expressed this. The manner in which questions were dealt with, but mainly the way in which I was approached by the person in charge (being unable to understand the frustration that ensued after having to keep calling because simple questions were not answered) did not have a positive effect on me impression of the organization.
And then I have not yet talked about previously requested but not or partially executed repair requests. Not to fool every Fris employee, because that would not be fair, but my overall impression is not one that deserves recommendation.
