I will not be calling them for anything..... I mad...

I will not be calling them for anything..... I made an appointment for my Aunt for them to come out and give an estimate on two of her windows. I explained to them the her windows were broken due to an attempted break in. An appointment was scheduled and a text reminder for her appointment was sent but no one showed up.. when I called to see what happened, I was told that the representative who was suppose to come cancelled the appointment because they don't repair windows. Noone called my aunt to let her know nor did anyone informed us that they couldn't do the job. I called the representative Pat O'brian twice and left messages and still no returned call. Their customer service SUCKS and the way they do business SUCKS. Their are very unprofessional and have no respect or regards for their customers.... I will not use them for NOTHING...
