I returned from downtown Canmore to find out my room key didn't work, after having the issue apparently addressed with front desk, I tried again to no avail. Back at front desk there was a sign that read back in five minutes, I waited, and was issued another key which finally worked. No apology for the inconvenience which surprised me as this is not the kind of customer service I would have expected from a holiday inn. Disappointing.
