One of the most spectacular places in the whole of San Francisco. You can walk for miles and miles on both sides of the bridge, amazing views and good hiking on the north side, very nice beach on the south (Baker beach). Bridge toll can be easily paid online either before or after you cross in either direction. Parking around might be tricky since the car parks are mostly full.
