Their financial dept/billing in Charlotte was the absolutely worst hospital billing I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They will hang up on you if they feel justified in doing so. You have to call back repeated times over a simple issue. I've never ever done business with a hospital or medical facility that I feel is so incompetent.

The supervisor called me "sweetie" and I asked her to please call me Mrs. So and So. She refused, saying "I can't pronounce your last name so I'll call you Miss Nancy"!!! It was beyond lack of professionalism.

How does the CEO not know what is going on and why does he allow his business/hospital to do business like this??
