It s my 3rd Kia and it has been a nightmare. All they care about is the money and the sale. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone. I ve made 4 trips there due to their incompetence and not even a We re sorry. I have an attorney looking at both sets of my loan paper work and contacting the Better Buisness Bureau. It s been 23 days and my trade in has still not been paid off. I know I can t be the only one that s been treated this way?????
