Terrible!! I cannot believe they are in business a...

Terrible!! I cannot believe they are in business after seeing the quality of their work. It became clear very quickly that the photographer wasnt concerned with the quality of his work when we saw the pictures. The lighting was terrible. And their idea of a retouch is adding so much tan to cover the bad lighting choice that your kid looks orange. Then to make the pictures worse the photographer didn't pay any attention to details. He put her in backgrounds that were so dark you could make out her hair. And in others her jewelry was out of place. when I called it to the attention of the sales person; he said nothing. Nor did he acknowledge my request to redo the pictures. We refused to select an environmental pose; they were all terrible. And reluctantly selected photos (cap/gown and pearls pictures) for the yearbook because we felt we had no other option.
