I spoke with an H&R before I came to the shop and regards to the radio problem that I was having in my truck. I speak with the guy who's going to do the work, I told him what I did so far to resolve the issue myself. Make a long story short. THEY DIDN'T DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, GAVE ME MY VEHICLE BACK WORSE SHAPE THEN I GAVE IT TO THEM. SCREWS WEREN'T PUT BACK IN RADIO, OR THE CONSEL, BLEW MY AMP FUSE "didn't replace" REWIRED FOG LIGHTS WHICH OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T NEED TO BE REWIRED, STILL DON'T WORK. CHARGED $100 PLUS FOR NOTHING. I was very upset how they gave me my TRUCK BACK, YOU DON'T GIVE A CUSTOMER THEIR VEHICLE BACK IN WORSE CONDITION THEN YOU GAVE IT TO THEM, THEY JUST THREW IT BACK TOGETHER BECAUSE I DIDN'T SPEND THE MONEY THEY WANTED ME TO SPEND. NOW I HAD TO GO AND FIX MY AMP THAT WASN'T BROKE BEFORE I GOT THEIR !!!
