Extremely saddened by my experience dining here.As a frequent customer of Over 3 years this use to be one of my favorite places to go with my boyfriend for date night actually any night for the food,staff and atmosphere but the last two times has not been a great experience. We went last night and definitely a lot of changes from the staff to the kitchen and not only did we notice 3 other tables as well as everyone started asking different questions.The food wasn t the same.my boyfriend ordered lobster tails the were so undercooked the vegetables were hard and bland,I had the shrimp Mac and cheese which wasn t great still upset the lobster Mac and cheese has been removed from the menu it use to be the best and the reason why I would frequent so often.We tried to order many selections but they were out of a lot(octopus,clams,steak and this was dinner at 7pm. I asked the girl can we move our seat to the back she said a large party was coming still after eating dinner no one showed(questionable), It got to the point we were going to leave in the beginning after learning many thing were not available but still listed on the menu but due to the pandemic and having to make reservations for alot of places we just stayed. Hopefully things change soon!
