This center is disorganized and all over the place...

This center is disorganized and all over the place! I booked an appointment for a specific time at the WIC branch and when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, I was told to take a number and wait. What is the point of having a schedule time if it s going to be disregarded ?!?! Not only is this inconsistant with previous practices, it is inconsiderate of the patience s time and schedule. I am , once again , disappointed with the organization of the staff
