I was having a really tough year with Apple products and have made close to a dozen trips into the Apple Store for issues I've been having (I'm on a first name basis with quite a few of the Apple employees). This most recent time, I came in to buy an iPad case (recently purchased an iPad) and was having issues with another product. After talking to a few employees, a gentleman named Oscar helped me out. He's always been super helpful and I've spoken to him several times before. He recognized that I had been having a tough time and empathized with my concerns. Instead of pushing back on my requests, he took care of me 100%. It made my week! Wonderful customer service. Thanks to Oscar, I'll be an Apple customer for life.
