I'm not going to lie, my very first visit left much to be desired. I wasn't pleased with the service, so I decided to give JP a call with my complaint. Within a day Sean called me personally to apologize, answer any questions I had, and even set up a time to come back to my house. Well he just left after spending about an hour and a half thoroughly inspecting my home, re-treating it, and educating me on the process and situation. I couldn't be happier with the amazing service! He went above and beyond to fix my bad first appointment, and I'm so impressed. He was honest with me which I also really appreciate. Thank you so much Sean!
