Went here for a Congress. The personal was completely rude, they wouldn't offer a single glass of water and they serve nothing to eat but pastries and coffee, and if you were not staying at the hotel you were not allowed to use their restaurant or even walk to the beach from the hotel. Don't ever do your events here !
