My tech sent me an email with photo letting me know he was on the way. He was on time and when asked to show me specifics about the new thermostat, he was able to show and explain to me what was needed to make the changes in temp, etc. that I needed to know. The A/C service was done quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He sent me the digital reports with photos from the visit and also recommendations needed in the future. Thanks Gary!
