Pros: Great breakfast spread. Very large bathroom....

Pros: Great breakfast spread. Very large bathroom. Very nice lobby decorated well for the holiday season. Excellent location for tourists.
Cons: The SPG Marriott merger has been pretty terrible. Status means nothing. I m platinum elite and had to argue about breakfast being included. Then at checkout the invoice had one day out of the three days with breakfast charged. Received no room upgrade being platinum, the excuse was they were fully booked. It was very evident they were not even close to fully booked. The old SPG hotels aren t trained nor care about the tiers. For the same yearly fee, Amex gives you Hilton diamond, the highest tier and you get treated so much better.

The Dublin Westin is a nice hotel, and definitely worth the stay if you don t have any status. Otherwise it s just not worth it.
