This Mercedes-Benz dealer is the worst place which i dealt with. The finacial staff( Esther Oh) is a clusmsy worker and dishonest lady. She just tried to rip off customer during a paperwork and sign at the contaract. Their customer service is not recommendable and tried to charge unnecessary fees. Korean salesman is so rude and don't care customers needs. If their company takes seriously regarding customer's feedback, I don't think the salesman and finacial team's attitude did like that. They are not responsible at all about the customer and just paid attention to the profit for the deal. I never would go shopping the dealer again and never refer the person either. Overally speaking, this dealer is not professional and dedicated dealer for the customers.
