The gentleman at the entrance was really uncomfort...

The gentleman at the entrance was really uncomfortable - my first impression therefore a real catastrophe. For this I have never met such friendly staff as at the box office of the Theater Dortmund. The lady has made everything right. In combination with the beautiful performance the evening was saved for me.

The only drawback: The seats are really very narrow for tall people. (Even in low-cost airlines you have more space.)
