On July 27 2014 to August 2 2014 I went to camp cherry valley. It was really fun and there are lots to do. At 2:30 you leave long beach on the boat. You get there at about 4:30. After that you hike in to camp. At CCV there is something called starboard and port watch. Star board does most things first. The first thing you do there for starboard is eat dinner. After is port. After dinner you need to go to the chapel for the staff to make a speech. At 8 pm you have the closing flag ceremony.
The next morning at 7:00 for starboard you have breakfast and port has inspection. At 7:40 they swap. At 8:45 you have the opening flag ceremony then starboard has swim check. Then port has swim check. At 12:20 starboard has lunch. At 1:00 port has lunch. One hour later you have your first merit badge class then second merit badge class then your third. At 5:15 starboard has dinner. 5:55 port has dinner. After dinner you have team building games. 8:00 is the closing flag ceremony then you have a camp fire.
On Tuesday you have breakfast and the flag ceremony as usual. 9:25 am to 11:25 am are your merit badge class. Then you have lunch as usual. From 2-5 pm you can do any activity you want. Then you have dinner. After dinner you have your night time activity. Thursday and Friday are the same.
On Wednesday you go hiking to eBay, shark habor or silver peak. You have lunch on the trail. The rest of the day is mostly the same as the other days.
At 8:00 on Thursday u will have somthing called honer trail.
On Saturday (the last day) you will have an inspection as normal. At 8:30 am you will have a closing flag ceremony. After that you will hike to two harbors then get on the boat and go home.
