I have been a customer for 1.5 years. PSMIC denied our claim for storm damage to roof (hail). I'm no roof expert so I don't know to what extent the roof was damaged. But I do know that of the 18 houses closest to mine in my subdivision 16 have had their roofs replaced due to hail damage. Every major insurance carrier approved claims from the same storm.

That's enough for me...I don't need the added worry of whether my insurance carrier pays claims - defeats the whole purpose of insurance. PSMIC had attractive premiums but the old adage that you get what you pay for applies to my experience with PSMIC.
