We reserved a King Suite through a travel site that didn t relay the correct price upon checkin. The person checking us in fixed the issue without skipping a beat. Additionally, they gave us a room with a bathtub instead of a shower which was a big help and convenience for us, as I think most of their rooms have standup showers. Everyone we encountered was so personable and helpful. The common areas were spotless. Our room exceeded our expectations. We slept like the dead and only had a couple instances of noise, either from neighboring garbage trucks or feral children belonging to other guests. I wish the pool area was a little better, it s very basic, but that s just me being picky. The fitness area was great. Very easy to get in and out of and extremely conveniently located between all of the parks. We ll definitely stay here again.
