I have wasted hours on the phone and in the store ...

I have wasted hours on the phone and in the store just for a battery replacement. The battery I have and my husband have is faulty and under warranty. I went to the store and waited 2 hours for someone to tell me my battery qualifies for replacement, which I had already found out on line. Then I m told the battery will need to be ordered, but getting an appointment has been a terrible experience. I ve been waiting almost 30 minutes on the phone just to schedule an appointment. Trying to schedule an appointment on line is not better, I ve been checking for several weeks and there are not any available appointments anywhere in Charlotte. Apparently Apple needs more help or more stores.
