Very friendly service from all staff. Rooms were modern, clean and nicely decorated. There is a complementary shuttle service to and from Vancouver airport as well as a complementary shuttle to the nearby outlet mall. There is a supermarket about 15 mins walk and in the summer months there is the Richmond markets about 20 mins walk away.
