The experience was average. Good in terms of customer service, what you'd expect from Hilton. However, the hotel is under construction - so if you don't mind dust it's fine. My bathroom had a bit of a weird odor, not sure what it was, I'm assuming it is from the pipe issue - hence construction. The staff here are great, the hotel rooms themselves could use some updates.
