Great experience but buy your tickets before if you can to avoid the lengthy delay at the tills. They offer a yearly pass for the same price as a family ticket which means most families end up having photos taken and answer additional questions for membership so each family takes about 5 minutes to get through the till. If you are behind a few families, don't be surprised to wait 20 minutes +. Also discount vouchers dont seem to apply to family tickets, although this was not on terms and conditions. Signage could have been better. Use the park and ride to avoid the walk to and from your car.
