Not quite a 5 star rating which is because it was such a long time getting in due to the slow till process. I appreciate gift aid donations but when so many people do it, it slows down the queue horrendously. Perhaps a couple of quick tills or even a ticket machine would improve it. The staff were very friendly and willing to answer questions. It can get very noisy with some out of control school parties who frequently blocked pathways in large groups. A good walking stick soon moves them! Food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Excellent disabled services as well. A free bus ride service to and from the car parks and a tractor pulled land train to and from the entrance to the biomes was excellent. The land train even pauses on the ridge for photo taking. Drivers are most polite and helpful to all the passengers.
DO NOT VISIT CORNWALL WITHOUT SEEING THE EDEN PROJECT!!! It is truly unique and serving a great cause.
