I bought a Sharp Edge Smoother from Carol. It is a well made and heavy duty smoother. I have to say it has taken my cakes to the next level. The finish you can achieve with ease due to it's 90o angle and transparency is amazing. I used to get a funny lip on the top edge of my cakes or it curved in a bit, none of that anymore! This smoother is great for beginner to competition level. Thank you Carol xx
