Can't really visit New York without seeing the Statue of Liberty.

Best to book beforehand. Pedestal and crown tickets sell out months ahead so book as early as possible (we visited in August but no crown tickets before November).

It gets very busy and by 11am there a already a crowd. For nice pictures under the Statue go early. The 1st crossing is at 8am. Easy to find from South Ferry or Bowlers Green station.
