My husbands leather rocker recliner needed some tender TLC after it was delivered. I contacted Charlie, our salesman, at the store and sent him pictures. Yes, it took several months for the replacement parts to be ordered, but today it all came together. A wonderful repair representative named Taylor made our recliner "over". Persistence paid off when I kept calling. I do thank those who worked so hard to take care of this chair.
