Unreliable and unprofessional service who does not care about the well being of their tenants. Rent increases almost every few months regardless whether their income rise or fall. Bills are sent only at their convenience (sometimes yearly without one) which always leave tenants in difficult financial situation. Rent arrears and energy arrears are sent as text messages. Calls and appointments are returned base on their schedule... We are talking about people who need the utmost support and compassion from society not doormats.
