***WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM A DEALERSHIP*** Walked in inquiring about a NX 300 showing online. MSRP online shows $36,*** then shows dealers price "Contact Dealer" I emailed before coming in and Shirley just walked around the info and made it seem like we had to talk in person or over the phone to get anywhere. She advised she wouldn't be in today and to ask for Greg. When we arrived, the very nice front desk woman paged Greg. After Greg introduces himself, he says, "ahh, I'm just overwhelmed" and yells for another woman "Norma Jean?" if she can assist us. From her appearance, you can clearly tell the conversation isn't going to go far, she just looked pissed off at the world, like her getting out of her chair was the start of the apocalypse. After introducing ourselves once again. I show her the vehicle on my phone and say, "it shows MSRP of $36,***.00 then says actual price "Contact Dealer." This frog of a looking woman looks at us as if we just asked if Trump was President. She was so dumbfounded by the question she became silent and just rudely points at the MSRP on my phone screen and says "thats the price" and just stands there staring at us. Like, do you have any more dumb questions? We could tell it wasn't going anywhere and became very uncomfortable. Weirdest 45 seconds ever. We proceeded to walk out and from behind us she says, "your a day too late" we had a promotion yesterday because ND won. But it was for yesterday only and thats why it shows "Contact Dealer" and all other incentives are done. Then proceeds that with "you had to pay all cash anyway" This is all in a matter of 2 mins at the dealership. Little did frog face know, we literally had the cash in the car as we needed to purchase ASAP. We purchased a new Audi from Gurley last year and just wasn't looking to spend that much again, but clearly you get what you pay for. This Norma Jean lady needs some serious sales skills and how to interact with people. Of course its a great place if they're making a sale, but this lady just thought we ONLY cared about the price. When we just wanted the correct price. If it comes to it, I'd drive to Fort Wayne or Grand Rapids before ever going back to this establishment.
