I have to park in downtown Raleigh for work and if there were other parking options believe me I would switch to another parking management company! I park in the Cabarrus street deck across from the Sheraton and the sole elevator in that deck is ALWAYS broken down. When you call to complain you're told it's the City of Raleigh's issue to fix. It has been down for repairs for up to a month before and just recently fixed only for it to be broken down again as of this morning. They charge $110/month to park there but make no concessions to the customers for their inconvenience other than offering golf cart shuttles to drive you to your car. It's completely unacceptable that they would charge what they do for poor facilities and poor maintenance. This is happening way too often with this deck. I've been on the wait list for another deck for a year and a half only to be told that I'm getting bumped by employees of the company that work in that building so I've made NO progress moving up the list. I'm frustrated and fed up! Terrible customer service!
