We have a medically fragile son and have dealt with a lot of insurance reps over his lifetime. We recently had an issue that was incredibly complicated to resolve and figure out. Mandi from Selecthealth was by far the most intelligent, dependable, compassionate representative I have ever dealth with. Not only did she do her job, she also followed up to make sure everything was going well and sent us a card in the mail. All this when it wasn't even Selecthealths screw up.
