Extremely disappointed with the entire place except one manager.
Poor service, room not cleaned properly, ants and cobwebs in the room, delivered incorrect orders or not at all, promises made not kept, no towels in a pool that only had 8 or so guests. Finally after 20 or 30 minutes and requests from another guest they finally showed up. We watched it all unfold. Same person that had cleaned the bathrooms not 1 hour before and ignored the obvious, no towels. Ridiculous to say the least, which I am attempting to do vs the scathing review they deserve. Stayed all over the world in upscale properties and this by far ain't one! Spend your money elsewhere or you will be as I was, a fool and one's money soon parted which was and is the case here. Don't want to hear any manager justify their issues over my review. Go somewhere else, period.
