We came across Windy City Diamonds in Chicago based off of great reviews online. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Komal who we immediately clicked with. Although we were initially only there to size our engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) she didn't hesitate to give us great service. Our plan was to change the setting at our jeweler out of town the following week so she suggested we wait to size it with her. Komal's no pressure approach was so refreshing. As someone unfamiliar with ring settings, she took the time out of her busy day during the holiday season to show us setting options. She understood what we wanted and really showed her expertise in the industry, plus she was funny. Because of her, we ended up exchanging our original band to get one from Windy City Diamonds.
