I placed a lunch order with Rosati's. The food arrived cold, late and smashed together on one side of the box. I called the restaurant to express concern with the temperature and appearance of the food. The manager offered to issue a partial restaurant credit for the food. When I requested a full refund I was then told "All we can do is offer a partial credit". The manager proceeded to debate what his company was not willing to do to resolve the complaint.

If Rosati's management of this complaint is any indication of how the business is run my interests are better served at a restaurant that prides itself on delivering a great product and great customer service.
